Checklist manager

Set a weight (1–6) for each item. Higher = more important. Used to calculate the overall audit percentage. Yes = full weight, Partial = half, No = zero, N/A excluded from the total.

Audits scoring at or above this percentage are marked as Pass. Default 80%.

Who appears in the Advisor dropdown when starting or editing a checklist. Advisors are Acturis people — they don't need an app login (some don't have one).

Untick someone to retire them: they disappear from the dropdown but stay on their historic checklists. Nothing is deleted.
